Who we are

AppToBot (apptobot.com) is operated by AppToBot. For any privacy question or request, use our contact form and choose “Privacy request”. AppToBot is responsible for our privacy practices.

What we collect and why

• Recipe submissions, swap requests, advertising enquiries and contact messages: what you type in the form, your email if you give it, and the country your connection comes from (provided by Cloudflare). We use it to review submissions, reply to you and prevent spam. Legal basis (EU/UK): our legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request.
• Newsletter: our newsletter is currently paused and there is no signup form on this site. If it restarts, it will be sent by beehiiv only to people who opt in, and this policy will be updated first.
• Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views in aggregate without cookies or cross-site tracking.

Who processes it

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, form storage, analytics) and, if the newsletter restarts, beehiiv, Inc.. Both may process data in the United States and other countries. We do not sell or rent personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising. We never add people who use our forms to the newsletter unless they subscribe themselves. If you follow an affiliate link (Make or beehiiv), that company's own privacy policy applies on its site, and it may set cookies to credit us with the referral.

How long we keep it

Form entries are deleted automatically after 12 months, or sooner when no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to our use of it, through our contact form. We aim to reply within 30 days. Canadians can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. EU/UK residents can complain to their local data-protection authority.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 16.

We post updates here with a new date.
